Working at TEE has been a rewarding experience, and I’ve definitely grown both professionally and personally since joining the team. What excites me most about engineering is solving problems that matter and constantly learning along the way.

I’m married and proud to be a parent to three amazing kids, ages 20, 18, and 17. Being a parent is what I’m most proud of in life—it’s my greatest achievement and the one thing I couldn’t imagine living without.

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received came from my wife: “Things aren’t always black and white.” It’s a lesson that’s stuck with me and shaped the way I see the world. If I had to give advice to a new TEE employee, I’d say: embrace the people, stay open to learning, and always lead with kindness.
