Growing up in a very close-knit family, I have always cherished the sense of community that has shaped my life. This strong foundation is what makes my experience at TEE feel like home; the supportive and inspiring people here remind me of my own family.

At TEE, I particularly value the team’s dedication to mentorship. I have been continually impressed by the support and encouragement for curiosity and questions. The people here are not only committed to their own success but also to fostering a collaborative environment. My favorite part of working at TEE is the relationships I’ve built; the kindness and camaraderie from day one have made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

One of my favorite memories at TEE was the river float trip with the Auburn office early in my journey here. It was a perfect opportunity to bond with my co-workers outside the office, and I’ll never forget the laughter as we all tried to avoid the rocks in the rapids.

A valuable lesson from my mom has been the importance of supporting others. Her dedication to making people feel loved and appreciated has shown me the true essence of kindness.
