He began his electrical career as a field engineer for Electro-Test working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects. His ability to handle exceedingly large and complex engineering tasks has made him one the firm's prime resources for the design of mission critical power distribution, uninterruptible power and emergency power systems. Mr. O'Toole is particularly knowledgeable in the design of large capacity power distribution, uninterruptible power and emergency power systems. He continues to expand his knowledge and skills in the areas of electrical and power distribution system design through his work as the lead engineer on all of our mission critical/data center projects.
Leonard King joined The Engineering Enterprise in 2004 and was appointed Principal of the firm in 2007. Mr. King spent twenty-three years working in the Sacramento area as an electrical consultant, design-build electrical engineer, construction project manager, and branch manager for an electrical construction firm. Mr. King's vast experience encompasses all aspects of electrical engineering, construction, and studies relating to electrical systems in commercial building, industrial plants, and public utilities. He has spent over fifteen years working on the contractor side of the business focusing on design-build projects. The knowledge Mr. King has gained as an electrical contractor allows him to bring an in-depth understanding of constructibility to the electrical design process.
Brian Smith joined The Engineering Enterprise in 1978, was appointed a Principal of the firm in 1989 and was named President of the company in 2001.
